Return Policy 

At Farmer Pete's Ag Ltd, used and salvage parts are our specialty. Because many of the parts we sell are used components removed from working equipment, we want to be clear and fair about how returns are handled - and we're always here to help if there's a concern. 

30-Day Returns - Defective Items Only 

If receive a part that is defective, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will review the issue and may request photos or additional information. 

All returned items are subject to inspection before approval. Once confirmed, we will provide a replacement (if available) or issue a refund.

Used & Salvage Parts 

Many of our parts are used salvage components and are sold as used parts. Normal wear consistent with age and prior use is expected. We do our best to accurately describe condition and ensure parts are serviceable before sale. 

Non-Defective Returns 

If a part was ordered incorrectly or is no longer needed, returns may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 15% - 20% restocking fee, depending on the item. 

Returned items must:

  • Be in the same condition as sold
  • Not be altered, installed, or damaged 
  • Be returned within 30 days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. 

Limitation of Liability 

While we stand behind what we sell, Farmer Pete's Ag Ltd. is not responsible for additional damages, labour costs, downtime, loss of income, or any other expenses related to the installation or use of a part. Our responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the original item purchased.
