By accessing the Website or purchasing products from Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Business

Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. sells used, salvaged, reconditioned, and occasionally new agricultural equipment parts.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all parts sold are used salvage parts.

2. Condition of Products

All used parts:

May show signs of wear, rust, cosmetic damage, prior repairs, or modification

Are sold based on availability

Are sold “As Is”

Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. Does not guarantee the remaining service life of any used part.

Photos and descriptions are provided for reference only and may not represent minor cosmetic differences.

3. Compatibility Responsibility

 It is the Customer’s responsibility to:

• Verify part numbers
•  Confirm compatibility with their equipment
•  Ensure proper installation

Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. is not responsible for incorrect purchases due to failure to verify compatibility.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed.

Applicable taxes (including GST) will be added where required by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. arranges shipping on behalf of the Customer using third-party carriers.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier.

Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers. Any claims for shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and supported by photographs and documentation.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses or re-delivery attempts are the responsibility of the Customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

 Refunds and returns are subject to the Refund Policy published on our Website.

 In summary:

• Most used and salvage parts may be returned within 30 days as specified in the Refund Policy, provided the part has not been installed, modified, or damaged.
•  Electrical components and special-order parts may be final sale unless otherwise stated.
•  Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• All returned parts must be in the same condition as sold.

The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Use and is incorporated by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability

Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
•  Crop loss
• Equipment downtime
• Lost profits
• Business interruption 

8. Website Use

 Users agree not to:

•  Use the Website for unlawful purposes
• Post false or misleading information
•  Attempt to interfere with Website security

Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. reserves the right to restrict access for misuse.

9. Intellectual Property

 All Website content, including logos, images, descriptions, and text, is the property of Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes to Terms

Farmer Pete’s Ag Ltd. reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

 Updated Terms will be posted on the Website and take effect upon posting.
